The BGT-600 series single heating extrusion welding gun uses 3400w hot air to independently heat the base metal and is equipped with a welding nozzle with anti-scald design. It uses a Hitachi electric drill as the extrusion motor. The fuselage is small, easy to operate, powerful, and can be continuously welded. It is mainly used for welding plates, film materials, pipes, water tanks, plastic parts, etc. of thermoplastic materials such as PE and PP.

1.Dual-pole independent heating system: The feeding heating system and the hot air heating system are independently separated to ensure that the melting temperatures of the base metal and the welding rod are the same, so as to achieve the best welding effect.
